Le béton imprimé s’impose

Connu depuis une trentaine d’années, le béton imprimé s’impose aujourd’hui comme un matériau tendance grâce à une large gamme de textures et de couleurs permettant de réaliser un sol décoratif coloré et résistant.

Présentation du béton imprimé

Il s’agit d’un béton décoratif d’extérieur appelé également béton empreinte qui permet d’ intégrer lors de la pose des motifs tels que des rosaces, arabesques, rose des vents ou imitant l’aspect du pavé parisien, du pavé rustique, de la brique, des chevrons, des dalles, du bois… Ce procédé rappelle ainsi l’aspect de la pierre naturelle, du pavé ou autre matériau naturel et industriel tout en gardant son propre caractère esthétique.

L’impression se fait au moyen de moule béton imprimé, sorte de pochoir enfoncé dans la chape, à retirer ensuite de manière à laisser une empreinte.

Sur quels supports appliquer le béton imprimé ?

Ce béton décoratif s’applique en une seule fois au moment de la pose d’une dalle de béton ou en couche épaisse dans le cadre d’une rénovation sur un support propre et uniforme. Un nettoyage avec un appareil haute pression assurera pour finir, un support propre.

La pose du béton imprimé

  • Appliquer le durcisseur coloré sur la surface
  • Talocher la surface fraîche afin de faire pénétrer la couleur et ajouter éventuellement des nuances pour créer des effets.
  • Saupoudrer avec un produit démoulant pour faciliter le retrait des matrices
  • Poser la matrice béton imprimé dès que la prise commence et appuyer uniformément pour bien marquer la surface
  • Retirer l’empreinte verticalement (attendre que la surface ne marque plus au doigt)
  • Balayer la surface après séchage complet afin d’éliminer les résidus et poussières puis nettoyer avec un appareil haute pression 7 jours après.
  • Appliquer une résine protectrice hydrofuge et anti tâches
